The company has been in operation for two years in its current structure but has been in operation and working
its South African platinum assets since 2005, with substantive and active development programs. The
company strategically intends to explore and develop mining assets in the African Continent.

Sello Moima has been in banking for more than twenty years, working for large financial institutions in South Africa. He is a founder member of the company and was instrumental in setting up Atla Resources and raising all the funding for its exploration programme. He Chairs both Atla Resources and KYAI as well.
Godfrey brings with him a number of years with Deloitte and Touche auditing mining companies and banking institutions such as Roodepoort Deep, Nedbank and ABSA. He has spent more than ten years in the financial Services Sector as a finance director and shareholder in a number of finance companies. He was instrumental in forming Atla Resources a mining company with more than 350,000 members of
the Bakgatla-Ba-Kgafela community in South Africa. Atla is funded by Australian mining houses and is currently awaiting a mining right. And, he has experience in starting-up entrepreneurial ventures, as well as business development and operations management in various countries throughout Africa (Nigeria,
Kenya, Botswana and Zimbabwe), together with the World Bank and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Dr. Komati is a qualified medical doctor who specializes in AIDS. He has been involved in the research and study of the disease including presenting local and international papers on its management. He has also been involved in the extractive industry for more than ten years. He has founded and funded both the KYAI and Atla projects since inception and has been a non-executive director in KYAI. He brings
with considerable expertise in management and sound funding relationships that he has cultivated over the years.
We have partnered with communities in all of our projects and this is a model we believe will add value in the communities and African countries we operate in. The communities will provide the social contract together with government and we will provide the expertise and resources to explore and exploit the assets on their lands. We will share all benefits from this relationship in a manner that is equitable and beneficial to all stakeholders.
